I remember in year 10
The time you changed my mind
Every time you looked at me
There was a sparkle in your eyes
I still remember the time
When I thought things were meant to be
I could see us being together
Now that will never be.
I played it cool at first
I wish I’d showed how I felt
Then maybe now, I would be with you
I wish I’d made you see
Now things have changed
We’ve grown since then
Now I hardly see you
I wish I never new you
I still love you
I always will
But now its time to let go
And try to hide how i feel
Do you still have feelings
I ask myself that every day
I know you used to stare
But now I’m the one that stares
You are still the one
The only one for me
Now I’ll just have to remember
The happy times we shared.
