I thought you’re just kidding
Every time you look at me smiling,
I never thought that smile has meaning
Even though I always catch you staring
I never thought you’re loving me in silence
Why didn’t you tell me all about this
Why did you hide the truth from me
Why do I have to know it from others?
Why did you go on living
Without knowing my real feelings,
Don’t you know I found my self caring
When you’re gone and missing?
Now that you know already
That doesn’t mean we’re now steady,
Of course you’re not that lucky
Because you still have to court me.
