Noticed the yellow ribbon on the upper left side of my header? That’s because I am joining Barrio Siete’s campaign – Touch a blogger: Tie a yellow ribbon for Cory Aquino!
Pero hindi si Cory Aquino, because she’s already part of our history, being an icon of democracy and the First Woman President of the Philippines. She will go down in history for our future grandchildren to read about.
Now that she’s suffering from colon cancer, I hope and pray that she will be spared from further pain and that she may soon be restored to full health.
Update: Former President Cory Aquino died of cardio-respiratory arrest at exactly 3:18 a.m.on August 1, 2009. She’s 76 years old.
Rest in peace, Mrs. President. There’ll be no more pain, no more sadness now that you’re with our Creator. Thank you for being part of our history.
2011 Update: Sorry, I removed the links due to enormous broken links.

may she rests in peace…
* Pupunta pala. May past tens agad eh hehe
this is the best way for us bloggers to give tribute to our icon of democracy, Pres. Corazon Aquino…
Rest In Peace and Thank you Tita Cory..You are now one of the stars in the constellations shining ever so bright watching over us..
