Stop SOPA Ribbon Plugin for WordPress

American Congress is about to pass the SOPA or Stop Online Piracy Act. I’m not in the US but am against internet censorship. Let us support our American friends and help stop American Censorship by adding a black Stop SOPA ribbon on your site. It can be easily done with the Stop SOPA Ribbon plugin for WordPress. I just did, as you can see on the right corner of this site. Will you? 🙂

I just heard about it now and read many tweets about it, too. Ito palang ibig sabihin ng SOPA. Mababawasan tuloy ang freedom natin online kung sakaling ma-approve ito.

  Nakikita ko rin ito lately sa mga tweet pero di ko pinansin, akala ko kung anong SOPA, akala ko upuan hehehe. Maraming maaapektuhan kapag na approve to at sana naman hindi.

It’s a shame that politicians think that the public is foolish enough to believe they would accept that this bill was about piracy. It’s not. The piracy won’t stop. It’s like thinking that if the world gun ban went though that all the guns will go away. Those who are going to do illegal activity will still continue to do it.
