Thanks God, my stolen wallet is back to where it truly belongs. 🙂
SM MOA’s security guard texted me last night to inform me that their janitor found my wallet and that I could get it there anytime.
We went this afternoon to pick it up. They said the wallet was found under the children’s clothes rack. The pickpocket could have thrown it there after she took the money… which was only 500. Unlucky for her. I’m sure she’s very disappointed… hehe. Lucky me, ‘coz I didn’t withdraw money before I went there to buy clothes.
When the sales lady opened the drawer to get my wallet, I saw about 2 or 3 other wallets there. I don’t know if they’re all stolen. If that’s the case, does it mean, in a span of two days there were about 2 or more pickpocket incidence in that store? Buti pa sa Divisoria, kahit siksikan ang tao, di pa ako nanakawan, at ‘wag naman sanang mangyari pa.
Hinanapan pa nga ako ng guard ng ID so he can be sure I’m the rightful owner. Okay lang naman yun. Buti na lang may isa pa akong ID na sa kabutihang palad ay hindi napasama sa aking pitaka. Hiningan pa ako ng isa pang ID. I told him, ayan na nga lahat ng ID ko sa nawalang wallet, wala na akong ibang ID. Ang kulit din eh! Tapos nabasa ko sa report nya 6 ATM cards daw ang laman, how come? eh 3 lang yun, yun pla akala nya ay ATM din yung ibang cards. Ask nya ako kung anong mga laman, so sinabi ko. Wala na daw yung pera, sabi ko naman, talagang wala na yun at hindi ko na hinahanap yun. Kaya nga ninakaw yung wallet dahil yung pera ang target dun eh. Asa pa ba akong may pera pa dun? Pero in fairness ha, may coins pa, hindi na pinag interesan nung mandurukot. 😛 Mabuti na lang din na doon ako nadukutan kasi iniwan lang dun yung wallet, kasi kung sa labas nangyari yun, ‘di ko alam kung maibabalik pa yun.
Well, anyway, I got all the ATM and ID cards and my precious pictures…:) Annoying though, because I have to go to the banks so they can replace my card… pumunta pa ako sa Notary Public para sa Affidavit of Loss. Hmmp! What if I didn’t report immediately that I lost my ATM card?. I will not have to go through this….hehehe… pero syempre mabuti na yung sigurado, what if mahulaan nga yung pin diba?…and that’s the proper thing to do… report a lost or stolen card.
As of now, I already have my 2 cards (1 ATM card and SM Prestige card) replaced… 2 more to go.

only yesterday did i know n meron n rin plang mandurukot s loob ng sm. kundi p nangyari sa akin mismo.meron akong nakasalubong n babae n labas lahat ng cleavage pero maitim ang girl walang kasosi sosi. kasalubong ko pero ang pushcart nya dinidikit s pushcart ko she is not paying attention to me and her cleavage is distracting masyadong labas pansinin. and then someone at my back has her pushcart jammed too traffic kako p nga. siguro un ung mga kumuha sabwatan sila.
when i went to the counter after a long pila nawawala n wallet ko ika card ko sna yung pinamili ko pti bdo rewards ko andon.
so i paid cash then reported s guard. tinuro nya me s info. habang nagrereport ako pti laman ng wallet ko me nagsabi me nakita dw s selling area n wallet. they ask me whats my wallet color i said brown.
annu ano dw ang laman i said bdo atm, chinabank atm, hsbc credit card, bdo rewards, sss id, postal id, voters id at mga id pictures n reserba.
so they left my wallet s selling. buti nman. ganon pla mga mandurukot iiwanan s selling after makuha ang laman. luckily for me nabawi ko wallet ko ng wlang nawala s akin. medyo nshock lng ako nung una pro malas ng mga yon dhil wla laman wallet ko hehe. dhil ns bag pera ko wla s wallet hehehe. at least di nko naabala n mag affidavit s mga id ko at di nko prereplace ng card me charge yun hehe.
Good for you nakuha mo agad ang wallet, di mo kailangang magreplace ng mga cards. Ako kasi nung gabi na nila nakita tapos tinext sa akin kinabukasan na eh by that time na cancel ko na mga atm cards ko, hassle tuloy pag palit, kainis no! Tulad mo, buti na lang din sa bag nakalagay yung pera ko. Dapat may ginagawa ang SM sa ganyan, lalo na dun sa MOA kung saan ako nadukutan. Sana meron silang cctv para madaling mahuli yang mga sumasalisi na yan.
