I took a free Web Design Concepts Test in Brainbench last September. I got 24/40 total score. Not bad!
This particular test is free but the paper certificate can be purchased for $14.95 and electronic certificate can be purchased for $4.95. The certification is valid for 3 years.

Para siguro kung gusto mong idisplay sa sala? hehe… Para siguro meron lang hard copy, maganda kasi syang isama as additional recognition in your resume. Pero wala akong ino-order dyan ha, baka yung electronic, pwede pa, mas mura eh.

Thanks Christina. I think the paper certificate would work better, but come to think of it you can have the electronic one printed so, just the same.
