I can see that this won’t be long
‘Coz my love for you is no longer strong,
I have changed and I don’t want to lie,
Because that’s something I really can’t deny.

You know that I really don’t want to pretend
That’s why I’m bringing this to its end,
Hurting you is the least I could intend,
But it would be better if we’ll be off as friends.

Please understand if I’ll leave you behind
Don’t try to stop me, I won’t change my mind,
This time I know it’s better for us to part,
And I really am sorry if I’m breaking your heart.

Lend me your ears on what I’m going to say
I also feel sad that we have to end this way
But there’s nothing more that I could do to stay,
Because sometimes, love really fade away.

There are times that we must say goodbye
Even though it hurts, we must learn to try,
I will only cause you pain and will make you cry,
And there’s no other escape but to bid goodbye.

Parting is the only path that I chose
Though my heart for you is not yet closed,
In your love I know I am not worth,
With me your life would only get worst.

Someday you will find someone better than me
She will be someone that I can never be,
And from now on, don’t ever think of me,
‘Coz now, I’m only your used to be.
