The Nutrition Act of the Philippines (Section 7 of Presidential Decree No. 491) designates the month of July as Nutrition Month to create greater awareness among the people on the importance of nutrition. This year the Nutrition Month Theme is ”Sa pagkaing tama at sapat, wastong timbang ni baby ang katapat!”
It’s Sean’s first ever Nutrition Month Parade so we’re so excited about it. He wore native hat with plastic fruits and vegetables that I bought in Quiapo. I just added some plastic chicken, egg, fish and glued it in the hat.

Oo nga, ang tagal nasundan yung last post mo. Mukhang bising-bisi ang byuti natin, hehee.
Parang ang saya-saya ni Sean sa parada ha, naka-smile lagi. Nutrition Month nga pala diyan. Naalala ko sa davao dati, ito ang pinaka-unang celebration ng schoolyear.
Aba, yung hat nila, may dekorasyon palang gulay at prutas, hehee, di ko napansin kaagad.

@Marlene, Busy-busihan lang.
First time kasi ni Sean mag parade, kaya excited sya, hehe. Oo may decoration yung hat, binili namin sa quiapo tapos dinagdagan ko pa ng iba. Yung ibang mga bata may costume talaga sila, gusto ko rin sana yun kay Sean, kaso masyado syang pawisin, baka hindi pa naglalakad eh tagaktak na pawis, haha!

@Jessie, thanks friend. Para sa akin okay din naman yung body built nya pero minsan niloloko sya ng mga pinsan nyang older sa kanya, tinatawag syang piglet, haha!

Hi Mavel, I just bought mine in Quiapo and added some plastic fruits and veggies using a glue gun.
