Learning to Read Part 2

This week is Sean’s 2nd Evaluation Test (written) for his English, Science, Math, Filipino and MAPHE subjects. Next week will be oral test. On October 26 they will be celebrating United Nations Day. Trick or Treat will be on October 30 and 31. So it’s a hectic schedule for us.

We’re only two in the house now since my sister went to Sibale last week. Whenever we ‘fight’ over something he insists like watching too much tv and going outside of the house, I would tease him not to call me ‘mommy’ if he’s not going to listen and follow me. He would then say, “Stop na, Inay!” He calls me mommy most of the time, mama sometimes and Inay when he wants me to laugh. I find him so cute when he says Inay, hahaha!

Last October 2, when he was reading the book The boy and the Wolf, I asked him to read again so I can document it and show to his Daddy and Tita. I noticed though that he skipped some pages. What I like about that book is that it has many repetition or repeated phrases.

  1. Hahaha naughty kid!

I just don’t like it when kapag lumalabas sya ng house lalo na pag wala syang kasama, kung saan saan kasi pumupunta, tumatakbo, eh nahihirapan akong humabol, haha!
