I took a free Web Design Concepts Test in Brainbench last September. I got 24/40 total score. Not bad! This particular test is free but the paper certificate can be purchased for $14.95 and electronic certificate can be purchased for $4.95. The certification is valid for 3 years.

Customizing WordPress 2.5 Login Screen
I have downloaded and tested the new WordPress 2.5 on my local WordPress install.
